AI drafts, human approved

An AI social media post generator that waits for your approval

ContentPilot writes the first draft: the captions for each platform, a longer article, and an image if you want one, all in your brand voice. Then a person reads it, changes what needs changing, and approves it. Nothing goes out before that.

What the AI does

A good first draft, every time you ask

Starts from your brand voice

Industry, description, website, tone, audience, and your always and never lists go into every draft.

Captions for each platform

A Facebook post, an Instagram caption with hashtags, and a Google Business Profile update, each to its platform’s style.

Images in your style

Set an image style, or upload a reference picture to match. Images are asked to leave out people and text.

No em dashes

Drafts leave out em dashes unless you allow them, because readers take them as a sign of machine writing.

Free do-overs

Not right? Ask for a fresh version of the draft at no credit cost.

A person approves

You or your client approve every post. Only approved posts can be scheduled or published.

Where you come in

AI drafts, you decide

Each draft lands as Needs review. Read the article and the captions, edit anything, and approve the platforms you want. Untick a platform and that caption stays out.

Approving is a person's job in ContentPilot. Even when you connect ContentPilot to Claude or ChatGPT, the assistant can write drafts but can never approve, schedule or publish them.

From idea to post

How a draft is made

  1. You add an idea

A line like “winter opening hours” or “new spring menu” in the post ideas list.

  2. ContentPilot drafts it

An article, then a caption for each connected platform, and an image if you have them switched on.

  3. You approve and schedule

Edit, approve, pick a time. Or send it to your client to approve first.

FAQ

Questions

Does the AI post on its own?

No. Every draft waits for review. A post can only be scheduled or published after you, or your client, approve it.

How does it know my brand voice?

You fill in a short profile: your industry, a description of the business, your website, the tone you want, who you are talking to, and lists of things to always and never do. Every draft is written from that profile.

Can I change what it writes?

Yes. Edit any word before you approve, or ask for a fresh version of a draft, which costs no credits.

Which AI does it use?

Text is written with Anthropic’s Claude. AI images are made with OpenAI’s image model. Your brand voice and post ideas are sent to them to write each draft.

Will the posts sound like a robot wrote them?

They are written to your tone and your lists of dos and don’ts, and they leave out em dashes, a habit that makes text read as machine-written, unless you allow them. Still, read every draft: you know your customers better than any model.

What does it cost?

Drafting a blog post costs 10 credits, each platform caption 2, and an AI image 5. New accounts start with free credits and no card.
