How credits work
You only pay for what you make
Every action costs a small number of credits. Your plan refills your balance each month, and unused credits roll over (up to 2× your plan's monthly credits). Asking the AI for a fresh version of a draft costs nothing. Top up any time by card or crypto.
Top-ups from $20 AUD for 200 credits.
FAQ
Pricing questions
What does a credit buy?
Writing a blog post costs 10 credits, a caption 2 credits per platform, an AI image 5 credits, and publishing 1 credit per platform. A post with an image on Facebook and Instagram comes to about 21 credits. Asking for a fresh version of a draft is free.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 50 free credits, with no card and no time limit. Free accounts have the Starter limits: up to 2 businesses with 1 platform each.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Each month your plan refills your balance, and unused credits carry over up to twice your monthly credits (400 on Starter, for example). Credits you buy as a top-up are never cut back by that limit.
Can I top up instead of subscribing?
Yes. Top-ups are 200 credits for $20, 500 credits for $45, 1,000 credits for $80 AUD, by card or crypto. If you post a few times a month, your free credits and the odd top-up may be all you need.
What counts as a platform?
Facebook and Instagram together count as one, because they connect through the same Facebook Page. Google Business Profile is another, and so is Pinterest. Starter allows one per business; Freelancer and Pro have no limit.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Every price on ContentPilot is in AUD, for plans and top-ups alike.
