Data Deletion Request
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile account to ContentPilot and would like us to delete the data associated with it, you have two options:
Option 1: delete it in the app
Log in to ContentPilot, open your client's Connections page and press Disconnect next to the account. The stored access token and connection details are deleted immediately, and ContentPilot can no longer publish to that account. You can also remove ContentPilot's access in the platform's own settings at any time.
Option 2: email us
Send a deletion request to hello@ctpilot.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your ContentPilot account. We will delete all your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
Upon request we will delete: the stored access and refresh tokens for the connected account, the page, board, profile or account IDs and names stored with the connection, and our records of posts published through it. We never see or store your password for any of these platforms, and we do not store your messages.
