For small business owners

Social media marketing for small business owners who do it themselves

You know your business. You just don't have hours every week to write posts. ContentPilot drafts your Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Pinterest posts in your own voice, you check them, and they go out when you choose.

No credit card required · Australian made, prices in AUD

What it does for you

Less writing, same say over every post

Drafts in your voice

Set your tone, your audience, your industry and the words to always or never use. Every draft starts from that, so it sounds like you and not like a template.

One post, each platform

A draft becomes a Facebook post, an Instagram caption and a Google Business Profile update, each written for where it goes.

Your photo or an AI image

Upload your own photo, or have ContentPilot make an image in the style you set (5 credits).

Nothing goes out without you

Drafts wait for your approval. Edit any word, ask for a fresh version at no charge, or leave it.

Scheduled for you

Pick the day and time in your own time zone and ContentPilot posts it. No logging in to each app.

See what worked

Instagram likes and comments, Facebook reactions and Google profile visits are read back after each post, so you can see what your customers respond to.

How a week looks

Ten minutes, not a Sunday night

Add a list of post ideas whenever they come to you: a new product, a public holiday, a job you are proud of. When you press Write posts, ContentPilot takes the next idea and drafts it.

Open the draft, read it, tweak it, approve it, and pick when it goes out. Do a few at once and your week is covered.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need to be good at writing?

No. You describe your business once: what you do, who you sell to, the tone you like, and anything to always or never say. ContentPilot writes the first draft from that. You read it, change any words you want, and approve it.

Will it post anything without me?

No. Every draft waits for your approval. Nothing is scheduled or published until you approve it and pick a time, or press Publish now.

Which platforms does it post to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram business and creator accounts, and Google Business Profile. Instagram posts need an image, so you add your own photo or have ContentPilot make one.

What does it cost?

You start with 50 free credits and no card. After that the Starter plan is $19 AUD a month for 200 credits, for up to 2 businesses with 1 platform each (Facebook and Instagram together count as one). A post with an image on Facebook and Instagram uses about 21 credits.

Can I see how my posts went?

Yes. ContentPilot reads the results back after a post goes out: likes and comments on Instagram, reactions and shares on Facebook where Facebook allows it, and profile views, website clicks, calls and direction requests for your Google Business Profile.
