Social media management for agencies, with client approval built in

Run every client from one account. ContentPilot drafts each client's posts in their own voice, sends them for approval by email, and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Pinterest once you schedule them.

Built for client work

Everything per client, one place for you

Unlimited clients for $99

The Pro plan has no client cap and 1,200 credits a month. Freelancer covers up to 5 clients for $49. Prices in AUD.

A brand voice each

Tone, audience, industry, things to always and never say, and an image style, set per client. Every draft starts from that client’s voice.

Approval with no login

Send a post to the client with one link. They edit, ask for changes or approve, and you see it on your dashboard.

Weekly preview for clients

An optional Monday email listing that client’s posts for the week. Their replies come to you.

Clients connect their own accounts

Email a connect link. Your client signs in to Facebook and Google themselves, and you never hold their passwords.

Results per client

Instagram likes and comments, Facebook reactions where Facebook allows it, and Google profile visits, on each client’s results page.

Client approval

No more approval email chains

Each post has a Send to client button. Your client opens the link, reads the post as it will go out, changes any words, and ticks where it should go before approving.

If they want something different, Request Changes puts their note on the post and holds it back from scheduling until you have dealt with it.

Spring natives

Spring has landed in the shop. This week's bunches are all local natives: waratah, wax flower and kangaroo paw, wrapped fresh each morning. Order by 2pm Thursday for Friday delivery in Forbes, Parkes and Eugowra. Who are you sending flowers to this week?

Where should this go?

How agencies use it

  1. Fill each client’s ideas

Add post ideas for each client, one per line. Each time you write posts, ContentPilot takes the next idea.

  2. Write posts for everyone

Press Write posts on the dashboard. Each client gets drafts in their own voice, with a caption for each platform they have connected.

  3. Approve and schedule

Approve yourself or send to the client, then pick times in that client’s time zone.

FAQ

Questions

How many clients can I manage?

Pro has no client limit, for $99 AUD a month with 1,200 credits. Freelancer covers up to 5 clients for $49 AUD a month. Both allow as many platforms per client as you connect.

Can my clients connect their own accounts?

Yes. Press Send link via email on a client’s Connections page. Your client signs in to Facebook and Google themselves, so you never handle their passwords.

Do my clients need a ContentPilot account?

No. They approve from an email link with no login, and the weekly preview email needs nothing at all. Only you sign in.

Does each client have its own voice?

Yes. Each client has its own brand voice (tone, audience, industry, words to always and never use), its own post ideas, its own time zone and its own image style.

Is it white label?

Partly. Emails to your clients are signed with your business name, with a small Powered by ContentPilot line. The review page your client opens also says Powered by ContentPilot.

Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect ContentPilot to Claude or ChatGPT to check every client’s post ideas, add new ones and write drafts from a chat. Approving, scheduling and emailing clients stay with you in ContentPilot.
